Introducing the Cavallino and Ventuno Pizza School.
Experience and learn the art of making traditional Italian pizza at Cavallino and Ventuno Pizza School with resident Pizza Chefs Roberto Taffuri and Federico Rostagno.

Cavallino is now offering pizza courses for the home chef, corporate or just for some fun!
The courses are designed to focus on the history, quality and authenticity of pizza making.  All students will work with the theory and practical side of pizza making.  All courses are hands on and each student receives a gift bag.
 
Classes are held on the 2nd Saturday of every month. Group/corporate bookings are also available during the week Monday to Thursday, please contact our team to discuss.
